ABOUT GRAND BOULEVARD PREVENTION SERVICES

OUR PURPOSE

Stronger people.
Stronger neighborhoods.

We bring people, resources, and ideas together to build healthy youth and resilient communities.

Get to know GBPS

Grand Boulevard Prevention Services supports youth, families, and community members in Chicago’s West and South Cluster areas. Our work addresses violence, related trauma, and substance use through community connection and prevention.

Young people build social and emotional skills, connect with peers, and explore peaceful ways to resolve conflict. GBPS staff are trained in trauma-informed services and peace circle facilitation.

Our published mission is to ignite awareness through collective perspectives and guide community solutions that build healthy youth, informed individuals, organizational capacity, and resilient communities.

CONNECTION IN ACTION

Small connections.
Meaningful possibilities.
