JOB TITLE: Team Leader and Social Emotional Trainer for Community Outreach Workers
REPORTS TO: Program Coordinator
SUMMARY: Serves as a resource to the community to help local resident mobilize and organize around an identified and recurring circumstance/issues impacting the community.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary function is to assist the organization by conducting training on case management and social emotional learning. Also may recruit and refer participants who are eligible for program services within the GBPS violence prevention program, Know Yourself. The position has a knowledge of the essential elements of community organizing, outreach, and violence prevention techniques to engage at risk youth in violence prevention services.
• Assist in the identification and recruitment of participants, and community partners need to address identified violence prevention within the targeted community areas.
• Encourage participants to attend program services, regularly and to remain cognizant of progress and tasks necessary to meet resolution for identified issues.
• May conduct Assessment and Individual Goal Plan with Youth
• Refer as necessary to additional services, mental health, employment, housing, and other social
• Provide technical assistance training in planning and strategizing efforts to resolve conflict, and to gain overall community support on how to address the issue.
• Familiarity with CPD, juvenile justice, and other parties that work with at risk individual process for referring participants to GBPS.
• Conduct follow up with participants, and available for participants situations that impact ability to reduce at risk behaviors.
• Foster self-determination by helping participants and stakeholders in learning skills to negotiate conflict, and to obtain basic needs.
• Ensure high standard of ethics by providing for youth’ family confidentiality.
• Participate fully as a team member.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies/community stakeholders to enhance services to prevent violence within communities.
• Attend training relating to professional growth.
Experience: Experience working in organizing to increase community involvement for resolution of community issues. Special Knowledge/Skills: Must possess ability to identify key stakeholders, community representative, case management, and retention services to youth participants/young adults, and communicate project purpose to address 'community issues'. Engage, recruit and work within indigenous communities to establish community committees/coalition to address identified community concerns.

The Quality and Sustainability Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and long-term sustainability of grant-funded projects. This position will be responsible for overseeing project management, monitoring grant outcomes, and developing strategies to sustain program funding beyond the grant period.
Key Responsibilities
I. Project Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for grant-funded initiatives.
o Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
o Ensure adherence to grant guidelines, reporting requirements, and deliverables.
o Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate efficient project execution.
1. Grant Outcome Monitoring:
o Track and measure project outcomes against established goals and objectives.
o Collect and analyze data to assess project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
o Prepare regular reports on project progress and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Sustainability Planning:
o Develop strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of grant-funded programs beyond the grant period.
o Explore opportunities for continued funding through various sources, including public and private grants, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.
o Identify potential revenue streams or cost-saving measures to support program
operations.
3. Grant Reporting: .
o Prepare and submit accurate and timely grant reports to funders, adhering to all reporting requirements.
o Ensure compliance with grant reporting guidelines and regulations.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
o Monitor compliance with grant terms and conditions, regulations, and ethical standards.Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success or sustainability.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Community Outreach Prevention Worker will support GBPS project and assist the Program Manager in outreach at participants, dissemination of information, tasks and accomplishments related to prevention objectives 2) They will serve as a resource to the community to help local resident mobilize and organize around an identified and recurring circumstance/issues affecting the community.3) attend all training and staff meetings to ensure work with team is aligned with goals of GBPS Project: Descriptions of Tasks: • Support of GBPS Team and Project Manager in implementation of Street Outreach services to connect participants to peaceful mediation, and conflict negotiation. • Locate, intervene, and aide in addressing violence, conflict and any criminal gathering, • Assist in the identification and recruitment of participants, and community partners needed to address identified violence prevention within the targeted community areas. • Encourage participants to attend program services, regularly and to remain cognizant of progress and tasks necessary to meet resolution for identified issues. • Assist in disseminating information to outreach for participants to be engaged in Violence Prevention programming. • Will be available to attend, meet, and support services to address at risk individuals situations that preclude and or intervene to address/prevent conflict promoting violence, harm, and additional services to support other • Provide support for restoratives circles, and other programming, field trips. • Assist with identifying space for meetings. • Outreach to parents, family to connect at risk youth/adults with safe spaces preventing violences and providing familial support. • Continuous ongoing engagement in violence prevention training. Provide comprehensive fiscal support, including preparation of monthly reports, budget development and revisions, general ledger maintenance, payroll and cash‐flow processes, financial statement preparation, audit support, and year‑end closing services.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our financial records, supporting grant compliance, and ensuring the integrity and transparency of all financial operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for community impact, is highly organized, and excels in both independent and collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal leadership and external funders
· Track and report on all grant funding, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
· Assist with annual audits and support the preparation of tax filings and budgets
· Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and monitor organizational spending
· Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in line with best practices
· Support the Executive Director and leadership with special projects, financial analysis, and budget planning
· Respond promptly to requests for financial documentation from staff, funders, or auditors
· Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
· Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
· Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
· Experience with grant reporting and fund accounting is a plus
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles calls, direct flow of communications, and manages mailing, emailing, and updating of project progress.
Supports media posting, zoom facilitation, flier development and meeting schedules.
Assist Executive Director with reporting information – of locations, events, and # of participants, dissemination of fliers.
Assist with compiling weekly, and monthly staff documentation for services rendered.
Responsible for assisting with establishing and recording team meetings; and updating community partners of events, meetings, and workshops..
Maintain a calendar of events.
Supports GBPS project with administrative details and accomplishments of coalition objectives, updates and monitors GBPS task as delegated to assist with ensuring progress to meet deadlines, goals and objectives for the Health Community creation and maintenances of data base
Maintain and secure attendance sheets, survey information, etc., documentation of program initiatives.
Fix commitments to maximize time efficiency; Allow decision/desk time
Collects and tracks data generated by project implementation to ensure that program reporting and outcome measurement requirements are satisfied.
When Project Director/Manager convenes meetings:

Minimum Requirements: Possess strong communication skills, ability to interact with all team, zoom , etc., knowledgeable in data entry, excel, word, and email communication. 20 hours per week, 1:00pm- 6:00pm., 4 days per week., possibly full time after January 1st.
